We are Mohamed Amine and Moubarak. For many years, we have worked as guides for people from different backgrounds. Mohamed Amine has extensive experience in the refugee sector and sees every day how much talent goes unused, simply because the step toward work seems too great.
With StepUp, we want to bridge this gap. We know the challenges of both the employee and the employer, and we understand that personal attention and trust are essential.
